In the framework of the “UkrRIS-Danube” Project implementation, representatives of the State Enterprise “UKRVODSHLIAH” held a number of meetings with representatives of the administrative group of stakeholders, involved in cross-border and port operations in Ukrainian ports of the Danube Region: the State Customs Service of Ukraine, the Administration of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the Shipping Administration, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, and the State Enterprise “ Ukrainian Sea Ports Authorities ”.

During the meetings, conceptual issues were discussed regarding the establishment of information interaction between the State Enterprise “UKRVODSHLIAH”, as the “UkrRIS-Danube” Project Coordinator, and administrative stakeholders who use various information platforms. As a result of these meetings, the participants recognized the need for interaction to minimize the time and administrative burden for cross-border and port operations for vessels in the ports of the Danube region, and agreed to conduct the following joint activities aimed at the contractual regulation of such interaction.
